Cancellation Policy

Thank you for choosing Biltmore Beauty Skin Aesthetics! Please arrive 10 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment and have your intake forms filled out. If you are not able to make your appointment,  you will need to cancel 4 hours prior to your appointment to avoid the 50% cancellation fee. If you cancel within the 4 hours  or no show for your appointment you will automatically be charged 50% of the service that you booked.
